Trouble getting out of bed?!
Question: Trouble getting out of bed!?
Anyone else having some issues with waking up this morning!. I didnt get much sleep and I am at work now, very SLEEPY!! I am once of those people who LOVES to hit snooze 100 times!.!. anyone else like that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, honey! I will hit snooze in a hot minute!. It is not just you!. We are just not morning people!. I found a job were I do not have to be to work until 10am!. This works much better for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Oh i had this problem once!.I read a book and they gave me some methods!.here are some:
-Tell your pillow loudly:wake me up at(time)10 times loudly!.(psylogical method)
-Have mutliple clocks that wake you up costantly(e!.g!. if you need to wake up at 7am,then put one clock at 7pm,other 7!.01pm,so on and so forth)
-Have multiple clocks that ring at the same time so that when you press snooze on all the clocks,u would be awake by then!.
-Simplest method,don't press snooze!.Juz let it ring and u would be awake(don't press snooze!)
-Sleep earlier than usual,get more sleep so that you would not feel sleepy!.
Try every method!.see which one works!.If none of them works,email me!.(see profile)see if i could help further!.

O yeh!. Always had that problem!. Been looking for solutions for years!. A coupla suggestions that work for me are as soon as the alarm goes off, I turn on a very bright light!. And get all the lights on you can!. Seems the body reacts to bright light and it brightens me(pun intended) up a lot!. Another help is to put the alarm across the room!. Then you hafta get out of bed to turn it off!. Works real well!. Helps too, to have a glass of water ready and to drink it as soon as you wake-it raises your metabloism!. Read that several times in fitness magazines!.
