Sounds like everything you did was right, believe it or not, I heard that using sunscreen AFTER a burn makes your skin absorb the vitamins and makes it better, I tried it last week on BAD sunburn (as long as its not blistery) and it cleared it up by the morning!. (But aloe is still the awesome, but it dries your skin!.)

Also, take a cool shower (try to stay away from COLD showers and ice because your body will get colder very quickly now and you can actually lose too much heat and then you will be really uncomfortable!.

If you want the feel of ice, place a wet washcloth (or a few) in the freezer and apply to affected areas!. It makes it feel better if nothing else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink lots of water!. thats what some guy just told me to do and its sounds like a good idea!. i never get burnt! this is like my first bad burn ever and i think i might have like a hole in the ozone right over my house! PLEASE HELP!Www@Answer-Health@Com

put frozen food on you while it is still in the package to cool down your skin!. You can also use vinegar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure to drink plenty of liquids like water and gatorade!
Those will keep your skin hydrated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

!.!. My son cuts a potato and rubs it on the burn!.!. Don't know why !.!. but he thinks it works!.!. I have never tried it!.!. But I don't think it would hurt it any!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sun block, it might help keep the sun off so it doesn't get any worseWww@Answer-Health@Com
