Try sitting on the floor!.!.
lay one leg flat, and cross it with your other leaving your knee up and close to your chest!.
prop the opposite elbow against the outer knee and twist your torso in the same direction!.
it will pop your mid to lower back and also help stretch out achy muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is what I do:
Lay down flat on a floor, and try to scoot your butt out and relax and it should pop!. It sounds gross when it does, lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
