Question: How do I remove the pain of my legs from playing dodgeball a while ago!? Quick!?!?
We played in the dodgeball game in our sportsfest a while ago!. I didn't have any warm-ups or stretching before!

I was one of the last few to remain so I had to stay in the game for a bit longer and now my thighs hurt! I can barely dive and "sudden sit" now which are the techniques in dodgeball, of course!.

So how can I remove the pain from my thighs!? Or at least lessen it! I'm betting tomorrow that I can barely move them already!!
Tomorrow is championship!.
