Is smoking 10-15 cigs on a Saturday night just as bad as smoking the same amount!

It is actually worse, as it is like binge drinking, you are shocking and bombarding your body all of a sudden and making it work harder to get rid of the toxins!. If you don't smoke in the week, then please don't smoke at all!. I suffer from COPD, caused through smoking, there are no signs you are going to get it and when once it hits you, there is nothing you can do, it can't be cured, all you can do to halt its progress then is to stop smoking, if you carry on you eventually need oxygen, so can't leave the house!. It really isn't worth it and what is the point when you now have to go outside in pubs and clubs to smoke!.

By the way i am still smoking as i am finding it so hard to stop, i keep trying and failing and i know that this COPD will eventually kill me if i don't stop and not in a nice way, i saw my mother in law die of COPD and it is not a nice site to see someone struggling to breath right to their last breath!. Is smoking at weekend really worth it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Smoking that many on a saturday night or any night is not good!. I am not an anti smoker I feel it is up to the individual to make the choices!.

It certainly will not do your body any good but it is better than smoking through out the week!.

I will not say give up as pressure is not the way to force someone to give up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
