Question: Should I Take My Brother To Court!?
My Brother was calling my friend names so I told him to shut up then he hit me, and jerked me neck, as a result of this I got Muslcre Neck Spasm, I had to go to the doctors, and had to take medsons, a heat rash thing, and something for the pain! I was in alot of pain!.
Should I take him to court!?

Sounds like you don't have a very good relationship with your brother, I would try asking him for financial help with the medical bills first!.
