hmm!.!.!. that sounds hardcore
the only thing i can think of right now would be massage &/or a heating pad to relax the muscles!. Ohh!! also stretching helps A LOT!. stretch out watever muscles hurt after practice!. i'm training to be a lifeguard and after we swim 25 laps non-stop my muscles ache so bad and i get alotta cramps!. so stretch before and after!.!.the more often u do it the better it will be!. i hope this helps :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, drink lot's of fluids, that's for sure!. And you're sore because your muscles aren't used to working this hard, so maybe should try to tone down the work for a few days to less work and then build it back up gradually in a few days so that your muscles will be more accustomed to the all the exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

a heating pad will take the pain away as long as it is on ur body, once u take it off ur screwed!. drink milk and strech so the pain will go away sooner!. judging by the amount f pain ur discribing i think you will FULLY recover in about 6-7 days but probably about the 4th day u will be pretty ok =} sorry i hate working out but i have to do it to for volleyballWww@Answer-Health@Com
