Neither! There is a reason ambulances and hospitals dont use them anymore (except to clean infected surfaces like blood stained things!.)
Honestly, mild soap and warm water are the absolute best, do that several times a day!. And be careful with infections, they can get worse very, very, quickly and you might be in need of antibiotics to fix it!.
If its not bad, soap and water and lightly covering the wound and using neosporin to protect it will work for now!. If it doesn't improve or you get red "streaks" coming from it, or it gets excessively pussy or a lot of stuff starts draining, thats a more serious issue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
