Answers:
Take a large bath towel and roll it up length wise!. That should give you the size roll you need!. Use the towel roll for isometrics where all that is being done is pushing the knee into the towel!. If on the other hand you are doing terminal knee extension movements where you are lifting a weight using the ankle try this!. Take a large unopened can of tomato juice, coffee, or juicy juice and place a towel around the can!. This will give the support for the leg and still not bother it while doing the lifts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My husband goes to physio twice a week for the same thing!. They told him to use an empty juice can (such as a large apple or pineapple juice) and wrap a small towel around it and tape it (we used duct tape)!. It seems to work really well for his exercises!.
Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, you could use anything comfortable for you like towel roll or a bedsheat roll or a small pillow!.!. etc!. its only for resistance which strengthen your muscle!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
