alright well i feel my neck heavy and stiff i have a lot of headaches and im always cracking my neck and back
also my shoulders hurt too its very uncomfortable

Are your muscles contracted all the time!? Does it feel like your head is in a Vise!? You need to see a spinal specialist (not a chiropractor) and theraputic message helps for a little while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
