Severe headaches?!
Question: Severe headaches!?
I hit my head on a chair in school and ever since, I've been getting harsh headaches!. What happened!? I've taken tylenol but it hasn't helped much!.

Have you gone to see a doctor!? That might be a good idea, just to make sure you didn't do any structural damage to your skull or neck/cervical area!. If that turns up negative, then seek out a skilled massage therapist (as suggested by the first poster)!. You need to break the cycle and the only way to do that is to find the root cause of your headaches!. Hope you find relief soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com
find a massage therapist in the area!. they are trigger points in your upper back and neck area!
You can even relieve it yourself by pressing your thumb up against your neck and feeling around until the section of your neck that you are pressing on causes your headache to acknowledge you and let you know you're on the referral muscle!. Once you found it press on it until its a 4 on a 0-10 pain scale (10 being worst) and hold it until it doesnt hurt anymore!. Keep doing that until your headache goes away!. Also drink alot of water!.
