My muscles hurt from exercising, should i continue anyway?!

Question: My muscles hurt from exercising, should i continue anyway!?
ive just only started exercising this week!. i never did exercise very often until i started my diet plan just recently!. my muscle only hurts after i do the workouts!. like when i walk up or down the stairs, sit down etc etc!. during workouts, i dont really feel the pain!.

and since i dont really feel the pain while working out, i'd just go on with the workout!. i dont know, i just think that the pain will go away after a few more workouts thinking that my muscle will get use to the pressure!. because i heard lack of exercise actually causes this!.

but is this okay!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes, it's completely normal, after your muscles get used to all of the extra work, they won't hurt as much, when i first start running, cheerleading, or weightlifting, I'm always sore, just keep going, but be sure to stretch thoroughly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as you don't drive yourself too hard it should be fine!. Start slow and easy and work your way up!.

It's common for you to be really sore if you're really out of shape the first several times you work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, take a break and eat food!.
Then start again!.
