Question: Snapped and dislocated wrist!?
snapped my radius at the wrist and dislicated me wrist playing footy afew weeks ago!. apparently its a fork break!. anyway ive been in plaster up to me shoulder for 5 weeks and come out on tuesday!. So im hopeing that i can play in 4 weeks!. What are some ways to quickly build my forearm back up and is 4 weeks a good target!? PS footy = AFLWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't be in too much of a hurry to get real physical coz wrist injury can lead to carpal tunnel syndrome!.!.!.!.!.I know it happened to me!. When u get the cast off use thermal gloves & wrist bands to improve circulation & provide protection as u begin to strengthen your wrist as u train!. Ask your physiotherapist for exercises to do to help build up your forearm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i think you're rushing it a wee bit!. if you play again too soon and fall on it or something you will make things way worse and could cause long term damage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
