When is it better to breath through your mouth rather than your nose?!


Question: When is it better to breath through your mouth rather than your nose!?
the nose has hairs in it which filter the air and make it cleaner than air breathed through the mouth!.!.!.

supposedly the "correct" way to breath is in you nose and out your mouth!. but only breath through your mouth when your nausea's, when your nose is stuffed, when you have a nose bleed, or when your getting CPR (well before they removed to mouth to mouth)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i hate breathing through my mouth, and i only do it when im sick and my nose is completely stuffed up and i cant breathe at all through it, even if i can breathe difficulty ill try to breathe through my nose lol!. but when i breathe through my mouth i usually get a sore throatWww@Answer-Health@Com

During heavy exercise its recommended to breath IN by your NOSE (to filter it) and OUT via your MOUTH (to allow for higher air flow and help cool you)!.

otherwise breathing through your nose is recommended as those hairs filter out junk that would otherwise clog your lungs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
