Should I do rotator cuff exercises?!

Question: Should I do rotator cuff exercises!?
My shoulder pops everytime I raise it to the side!. It doesn't hurt at all, but I feel like when I raise it to the side, the shoulders pop out and back in again!. I really hope there's nothing wrong with my rotator cuff!. I don't feel any pain just the pop when I raise my shoulder!.

Would it be a good idea to do some light rotator cuff exercises to help strenghten the shoulder!? ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Go to google and type in "shoulder pops" and look under yahoo health!. It has your answer there!.
Mom you do have a rotator cuff problem and if you do not have it taken care of it will cause you to have a frozen shoulder!. I had that and it took me over a year to get use back in it with lots of physical therapy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Interesting that your shoulder pops but you feel no pain!. My whole upper arm and shoulder are in constant pain lately and I cannot reach around behind me, as in putting my arm in the sleeve of a coat!. I would be interested in any opinions you hear as I'm pretty sure it's rotator cuff problems I'm having!. Hopefully any exercise you do is helpful, not harmful!. However, if you are experiencing popping sensations without pain, you may want to have that checked before something more serious develops!. Is the popping due to buildup of air in there!? How did it get there!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you do them at all, get a PT to show you what to do!. If you f*ck up your rotator cuff, it's surgery and 6months of therapy!.!.!.
