How to stop farting?!


Question: How to stop farting!?
Anyone know how can can stop farting so much because I do it too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

GAS is produced by intestinal bacteria when they break down sugars:
- lactose (dairy products, sauces, additives - read labels)
- maltose (beer)
- glucose (table sugar, sweets)
- fructose (fruits, fruit juices)
- starch (potatoes, pasta, wheat)

or!.!.!.!.fibers (fruits and raw vegetables)

So, EXCLUDE foods above, one group at the time for 3 days, starting with lactose, and if no improvement, exclude ADDITIONAL group!. If nothing helps, exclude fibers also for 3 days!.

Stick with that diet, where gas stopped!.

If all this doesn't seem to work, go to the doctor and ask for breath test for small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO)!. If positive, you get antibiotics, and this is it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Farting is the effect of bacteria in your gut "eating" food which then makes them produce a gas (though it isn't the same as farting as it just happens) you then, as an effect of THAT fart!. Try staying away from leaf vegetables and boiled eggs as they are all an input to farts!. I'm afraid you can't stop them all together but you can make them less smelly but sticking to healthy foods; and then they'll gradually stop smelling!. You can still snack on things such as chocolate, but all in moderation!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Check with your doctor to see if there is an organic problem!.

Charcoal tablets will also help, but make your stools black!.

Exclude one of your habitual foods at a time from your diet to see if it is one particular food that is causing the gas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

either charcoal tablets,or arrowroot biscuits,taken with a drink of milk,can help!.I ts due to too much fibre in your diet - keep a weekly diary of what you eat,and note which foods "do it" for you !!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
