I get severe pms symptoms involving pain & mood!. Midol and Pamprin never seem to work for me!. The only thing that has ever relieved my symptoms is aspirin!. light exercise helps with the pain a little and lifts your mood!. Ibprofen and cocodamol are both really god pain releavera and both are milder than asprin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
IB profin aka Motrin, 800mg is best, it works in about 15 minutes, but side effect is that it kind of leaves you with a little nausea and lack of appetite for a while, good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
