How can I train myself to sleep on my back? and stay that way?!


Question: How can I train myself to sleep on my back!? and stay that way!?
I'm used to sleeping on my side but I want to stop because my face always gets wrinkled up in the pillow and i wake up with pillow lines on the side of my face!. it's really annoying!. Actually I am able to fall asleep on my back pretty easily but when I wake up I find myself on my side again! How can I keep myself from rolling over in my sleep!? yeah, its called rope!. my only sugestion when your sleeping i dont think you can controll what you do!. sorry, get cotton pillow cases or silk i dont think they leave as many linesWww@Answer-Health@Com

lol use a softer pillow!?!.!.!. you probably turn on your side because it's harder to breath on your back and your breathing rate drops enough as it is when you're sleepingWww@Answer-Health@Com
