How can I stay AWAKE!?!?!


Question: How can I stay AWAKE!!?!!?
I sleep way too much! I'm sooooo lazy and I don't know why I get plenty of sleep at night but I never feel like waking up in the morning and when I do get up, sometimes I can't resist laying back down!. Sometimes I lay around until 2 or 3:00 when I have went to sleep the night before!! Also in the evening I can never resist laying down for an afternoon nap!. This must stop, why am i so tired!?!? How can I get up, do things, and start living!?!? Please help me I eat healthy i drink a lot of water I don't understand why I'm so lazy please give me advice what should I do when I start to feel tired and want to lay down!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise! Sounds funny as you would think this would wear you out more, but the more you exercise the more energy you have in the long run!. Add a walk/jog into your daily routine and you will start feeling much better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink anything with caffine!

Most people put their eyes open with matchsticks (well cartoons) but one thing you could try!.!.

you should set your self a routine so you go to bed at a certain time (or vary a time each day)oh! (pubs fine but im talking about everyother day) - wake up at a certain time too!

Also if you kept yourself busy during these times then you wont think about sleeping! I think you should definatly get out of bed at a resonable time (ie - 8!.30 or 9), set your alarm and do something when you wake up! the more you set your hours of sleeping it would be better and your body would get into a habbit of waking up (at good times) and you would stay awake more!!

when you sit down you could also try to sit down for a little amount of time
