Question: How do I take my blood pressure with a monitor that isn't electric!?
I mean it is a stethoscope, a gauge, and a cuff all in one!. How do I do this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Put it on your left arm!.!. put the stethoscope in your ears!.!.!. pump up the cuff until the pulse stops then, slowly release the pressure until you can hear the heart beat!.!.!. this is the SYSTOLIC pressure, then continue to release the pressure until you can on longer hear the heart beat and this is the DIASTOLIC pressure!.!.!. typical would be 130/80 but your could be anythingWww@Answer-Health@Com
