Heart burn...?!


Question: Heart burn!.!.!.!?
I have terrible heartburn that never seems to go away, i have tried tums, rolaids, pepto but NONE of it works!. I can't drink baking soda in water because i can never seem to get it down!. I am suffering from it right now!. i had it last night and now it is continuing on into morning!. any tips!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try undistilled apple cider vinegar

Mix 1-2 tsps equally of Bragg Organic ACV and (optional) raw honey, blackstrap molasses or pure maple syrup in 8 oz!. distilled or purified water!. Take glass upon arising, hour before lunch and dinner (if diabetic, to sweeten use 2-4 stevia drops)!. My boyfriend just drinks the vinegar straight, I can't handle that!.!.!.!.lol!.!.!.!.just make sure it is undistilled, the cloudy kind with the "mother"

Also probiotics, they will help establish friendly bacteria in your system which will aid in digestion!. Check out your local health food store, there are supplements that will aid digestion, the one that comes to mind is Bromelain (the enzyme in pineapples)!. some products are combinations!.



Heartburn is usually the result of indigestion!.!.!.!.to little stomach acid to digest food, then it is neutralized more by antacids!.

Exercise and diet, avoid greasy foods, eat plenty of fresh fruits and veggies, drink plenty of water!.!.!.!.don't lie down for 1-1 1/2 hrs after eating to help digestion!.!.!.!.a short walk after eating can help get digestion going!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try a strong mint tea, (you can brew the leaves) with lots of sugar cubes (sugar doesn't seem to do the job) and chew whole coriander seeds!!!.!.!.!.

Don't take tums, they only reduce your stomach acid which is the main cause for all digestive disorders!

I use to get it a lot too!.
You should see a doctor because your heart burn might be from bad acid reflex in your stomach caused by ulcers!. And sometimes you can get heart burn from your body trying to reject certain things like alcohol or spicy foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have it too!. Pregnancy can cause it, as can some certain foods!. I know orange juice does it to me, and bacon!. Try and work out what foof it could be, and visit your GP if you really are finding it a problemWww@Answer-Health@Com
