Question: I had a stiff neck or something about a week and a half ago!.!.!.!?
and its still sore in the spot where it hurt the most towards the back of the neck but still on the right side!. anyway my spine is kind of hurting on my neck right to where the back of the shoulder ends i guess, and it's all sort of hurting up there but my sister said i wasn't very tense in my shoulders!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like to me that you still have some muscle spasm going on in your neck muscles!. Seeing a massage therapist could give you a definite diagnosis!. A skilled massage therapist can tell when a muscle is in spasm better than an untrained person!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
