Answers:
Buy "Second Skin" which is a squishy cold blue blister pad!. It helps to prevent swelling (its cold), soothe the area (its soft), and prevent further irritation!. Then put a bandaid over the Second Skin because SS doesn't have adhesives on it!.

If you go to a high school or college, try to see an athletic trainer!. The treatment will be basically the same as what I just said (considering I am one) but it may change if your blister is in an awkward location!.

DON'T POP IT! The blister is already forming a new layer of skin underneath!. It is full of a liquid which helps it help much faster than a scab would!. If you pop it, the healing process will have restart!.

On the day of your hike, use SS and a bandaid!. Also pack an extra bandaid or two in case it looses its grip!. If you have sweaty feet, you may want to find a way to secure the bandaid to your foot!. I use white medical tape (aka: athletic tape)!. You can find this at CVS!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Until the trip, use the Neosporin and keep it aired out and dry!. When you have to put your tennies on this is what I have done - powder the area to keep it dry, apply Neosporin and a bandaid, but after that i use a piece of that white medical tape over the bandaid!. I find that bandaids always slip and move and the wound is exposed, but with that tape, it stays in place and also creates a comfortable barrier between your toe and the shoe!. You won't even know you have a blister!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First clean it with some soap and water!. Then dab a little Neosporin on it (the sting will go away after a minute, and it keeps it moist, which helps wounds heal faster!.) Cover it with a band-aid, and bring some band-aids along so you can change it when it gets dirty!. If you're going hiking, I assume you'll be wearing socks and shoes anyway, so it shouldn't be a problem to keep it covered!. Change the band-aid a couple of times a day- you might want to bring along some cleansing pads or alcohol, and some Neosporine, along with a bottle of water to rinse it off!. Just keep it clean, moist and covered and you should be good to go in a couple of days!. Good luck, have fun on your trip!Www@Answer-Health@Com

put a bamd aid around it when you put on a shoe that will irriatate it!. it will sting when you put stuff on it, but do it anyway, once a day!. when not wearing shoes that irritate it, keep it open to the air, as that will help it heal faster!. bandaids keep the air from getting to it and so will keep the blister open longer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OOO! those hurt!. Even though it hurts to the touch, put lots of Neosporin on it and a bandaid, then stay off of it for a couple of days and go barefoot, let it heal!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to CVS or Food City and purchase MoleSkin from Dr!. Scholl's!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I pop my blisters and put bandaids on and they hurt but then they heal!. It's kinda kool to see!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
