I can't sleep! How to get on a reg. sleeping schedule? 10pts?!


Question: I can't sleep! How to get on a reg!. sleeping schedule!? 10pts!?
Sometimes I can't even fall asleep until 5 in the morning!. This is crazy!. I don't stay out and party or anything!. I quit drinking for a year, and smoking for over a month!.

I need some amazing tips, because I start work soon and have to get up 7 or 8am!. Please help me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Numerous questions for you to address, so are;

When you were drinking, did you stay up all night!?
After you quit drinking did you modify your sleeping habits at that time!?

Were you sleeping through the night or staying up all night before you quit smoking!?

Are you old enough to be menopausal !?

Are there things going on in your personal life that would keep you from falling asleep!?

All the above will hinder sleep!.

Start working at a schedule!. If you cannot fall asleep until 5am, still get up at 7 or 8am!.!.!.!. do not take naps and do not sit around!. Eat dinner at least 2 to 3 hrs before you go to bed and do not go to bed before your scheduled bedtime, meaning do not watch TV in bed before your bedtime!.

The smoking part may be a reason you can't sleep or can't sleep on a schedule, not sure but it might be a side effect of not having the nicotine in your system!. I am a smoker so I don't know if that would effect you or not!.!.!.!. You may ask your dr for a sleep aid or try the tylenol pm's and see if that might help you!. I have a sleep aid and they work good!. The tylenol pm's work good as well or you can take just the benedril!. Those are the only suggestions I can think of, or walk before your bed time and take a very warm relaxing bath or shower to relax!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

stay up all day doing anything that uses energy dont concume any thing with suger than when you start to fill tire if its still not that lite watch tv than when its your bed time go lay downWww@Answer-Health@Com
