Oww, what's wrong with me?!


Question: Oww, what's wrong with me!?
I have this sharp pain on my left side near the bottom of the rib cage!. It stings and lasts around 1 second but keeps happening every few minutes!.!.!. It's like someone plunges a knife in me and then instantly pulls it back out!. I can answer any questions you have!. I am having stomach problems, I got an EGD done earlier this week and they said my stomach *ow it just happened* was red and I might have gluten alergies but I don't think so!. My dad and I think it's stress!. These pains I am describing did start around 10 minutes ago when I was stressed out about going to sleep at home alone!. Please feel free to ask questions and help me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is probably stress, i would try taking a bath, relaxing, calming down, eating ice cream and you will be ok

You might be growing an ulcer!.!. drink something mild that would relieve the symptoms like Mylanta or try an antacid to soothe it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

doctor would know more about what
may be wrong!. If this pain continues on,
you should contact your doctor and
explain what is happening to you as
allergic reactions isn't something to
fool around with!.

If you want to try something that may help:
Try breathing in and out slowly!. First to
the count of three and move up to the count
of 10!. Do this a few times!. Don't do
it until you feel faint, though!. People who
have stress, tend to tighten their muscles
and they also tend to breathe shallowly!.
You need to relax those muscles and
breathe normally and try to expand your
lungs!.!.!.see if that helps!.
You could of pulled a muscle or pinched
a nerve!. Or you could be tightening
those muscles and straining them!.
This is just a suggestion!.

Pain is a strange thing, you may have
pain in one place!.!.!.but the cause of it
is in another!. This is known as referred
