Question: Foot sprain - really hurts - any advice!?
i landed on my foot, heard tearing sounds, now i cant walk properly on it!. it's really sore and bruised!. does this sound like a sprain!? is there any way i can speed recovery!? thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ICE!! make sure you ice it and elevate it!. Lay on the couch with your ankle up!. It sounds like a sprain!. If its swollen and bruised, then don't try to walk on it or put any pressure!. Once the sweling goes down, u can put an ace bandage around it!. The only thing you can really do is to rest it and ice it for the swelling!. Those hurt really bad!.
