Question: How do I clean this cut!?
Ok so yesterday i got a cut from being tripped at the cross country run at my school!. the nurse cleaned it and but a band-aid on and i was fine but now the band-aid fell off and i see some dirt in the cut!. how do i clean it!?

Get distilled water, Neosporin, Gauze, and some peroxide(just to be safe)!. Pour as much distilled water on it as you can,then pour peroxide on it and repeat that as many times until it quits bubbling a white liquid(thas cleaning out the dirt and grime)!. then take a q-tip and gentally rub it across the cut if there is still dirt in it!. After that, rub some neosporin on it (be liberal about it) and put gauze on it and tape it to your leg!. Be sure to change it every few hours!. If you are wondering what distilled water does, it is water with no impurities in it and it will do a lot more for you than normal water will!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
