I am drinking way too much but as soon as the hangover is gone i am at again,how!

Question: I am drinking way too much but as soon as the hangover is gone i am at again,how do i stop!?

I feel like hell when i wake up after a drink but as soon as i recover i am at like a fool!.What can i do,do i need help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

AA didn't work for me!.!.!.I just tried to find activities to carry a lot of water beach, swimming, thrill chills, carnivals!.!.parks with a dog (get one)!.!.lots of attention in another direction!.!.!.!.it's hard!.!.

I didn't like AA cause I felt like all I did was surround myself with other people that wanted to talk about alcohol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
