also Laughing! yes thats right it's been proven that laughing improves health and builds your immune system, and it also cant tell the difference between fake laughing and reall laughing so just laugh when ever you get the chance!.

Zinc and vitamin c has always done me proud, they even come in dissolvable tablets to drink!. Cod liver oil capsules (no fish breath, yay!) helps keep the vitamin b you may be missing from the sun in your system too and is great for keeping you healthy all winter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Eat lots of fruits and veggies, drink lots of water and green tea, have an occasional spoon of honey, make sure your getting your Vitamin C, and stay away from refined sugar and white foods!. And exercise!Www@Answer-Health@Com
get better first and then get a pet!. there was a test that if you own a pet and grow with it you are 70% less likely to develop sickness!. this was done on children growing up so been a adult im not sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
