How to take better care of myself?!


Question: How to take better care of myself!?
I'm 17, and live the usual unhealthy teenage lifestyle!.
I party a lot, and I've noticed that it has taken a toll on my health!.
I'm more tired and bitchy then before!.
I feel like I'm not getting enough good stuff into my system!.
My hair is dry, I ache, I can't see very well anymore, my skin is chronically dry and scarred up!.!.!.
I feel like I only have a few good days in a week, all of the rest I'm tired and don't feel good!.
I know you're all going to say stop partying, and I'm working on it!. But, what can I do for now, and after I stop partying!.
I really want to get in a good routine and have good health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u seem a very intelligent girl!.!.!.because u know all about urself and u r concious about urself!.!.!.!.first of all u dont need a lot of workout to get in a good routine because u know whats wrong with u!.!.!.!.what r ur major problems!.!.!.!.first of all try to make a routine of gettingup early in the morning,jogging and running must be a part of ur daily routine!.!.!.!.u can run in morning or evening!.!.!.whatever time suits u!.!.!.take a fresh bath daily!.!.!.dont eat lots of junk food!.!.!.try to eat low calories,oil free items because oily food can make u lazy dull and can give u a gift of pimples!.!.!.!.massage of mustard oil or olive oil or almond oil or coconut oil any of them!.!.!.massage ur hair with oil after every week!.!.!.!.it will revitalize ur hair!.!.!.eat protien food like fish and pulses,drink a cup of milk daily!.!.!.!.!.!.take part in social activities or join an NGO!.!.!.!.pay attention to ur studies as well!.!.!.!.u may join a gym also!.!.!.!.well this is my idea!.!.!.u can further ask for help from other pplWww@Answer-Health@Com

start by getting enough sleep!. thats a must!. at least 7 hours!. eat regular meals that are balanced!. stay away from fast food!. don't smoke!.

drink a lot of water!. that sounds like it will solve most of your problems!. alcohol dehydrates you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
