Help! throat/sinus problem?!

Could be just some sinus garbage that needs to get passed!. Head to the drug store and pick up Sinus Rinse - you can either get a squirt bottle or the kettle and it comes with some saline solution to mix in with some warm water!. You actually flush the sinuses with the warm water!. It sounds gross and uncomfortable, but really it's the best thing in the world!. I've had sinus issues my whole life and usually got infections about every three months - since i started using the rinse, i've never had an infection!.!.!.give it a try!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

could be hayfever, but hayfever almost always comes with other symptoms like itchy pink eyes, top of your mouth feels tingly/itchy, streaming nose, headaches, sneezing, (im a hayfever sufferer not nice)

prob just a summer cold or sinus probs, take a piriton to see if that gets rid of it, (antihistamines) u can get them from any chemistWww@Answer-Health@Com
