Question: Cheerleading/gymnastics - lower back pains from working standing tucks!?!?!?
Is this normal!?!? The right side of my lower back hurts extremely bad when i move in any direction after working on standing tucks!. =/ helppWww@Answer-Health@Com

yes this is normal, you need to do some strenghening in this area of your body!. keep working on them and always make sure you stretch before and after you do these!. :)
