Shaving cuts?!

I cut myself while shaving on sunday!. stupid me, i listened to my cousin suggesting that since i already took a shower, i could just smear on a ton of lotion and shave without having to wet my leg!. i thought it worked but after i was done, a ton of tiny cuts along my bone in the front of my leg started to bleed!. i have a talent show on tuesday and i'm wearing a skirt!. i don't want everyone to get grossed out by all the cuts wearing something else isn't an option!. how can i make it heal or look better by tuesday!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
