Green is a color of fertility, nature and emotional strength
(Even if it is not in real manner how we are raised up makes it like that in our psychology!.!.for ex!. whenever we see green color in mass it it probably some sort of fresh land scape scenes,parts of likable plants covered with dew )Seeing green (of course in mass not a dot) makes you feel free , independent!.
So automatically you will notice that you will take deep breaths ,may be closing your eyes and feel relaxed
It all works more psychologically unless you are really standing in a fresh land with pure air which has a tremendous benefit for your body!.It never works for your eyes only it works for the body making you more aware of your environment and origin!.
As a consequence to your relaxed psychology your body muscles loose themselves ,mostly your eyes if they are closed making your body stress free(not completely of-course ) for some time!.
And of course they are pranking you since they themselves doesn't know that !.But surely it helps if you are not aware of your body and stressing it out taking maximum work as possible from it like the one you read it in one of your science book " you extract more work your machine life decreases "

Suppose you are lying in your bed because of your headache
But the news like " you are selected in NASA " can work like a instant medicine!.
And about prank " The dumber people think you are, the more surprised they will be if you kill them "

it doesnt actually heal your eyes but it is in a way good for your eyes because to look at the colour green takes less effort and strain on the eyes!. So by looking at green you are not healing your eyes from anything, but they have to work less to 'see' the colour!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
