Question: I cut my foot at the beach!?
so i was at the beach today and something at the bottom of the ocean cut my foot!(i have no idea what it was)and it started to bleed so i got out of the water and i put my feet up, flushed it out with water, cleaned it with a cleansing towlette, put antibiotic ointment on it, and then bandaged it!. the cut was smallsh and circular and a little deep!. there was also like a big flap of skin over it!. when i walk on it still hurts!. how fast will it heal and do u think i need to see a doctor!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you performed all the proper first aid treatment!.
I had something happen to my foot (that sounds like what you had--a puncture like cut) it was caused from stepping on a sting-ray!.
I don't know what ocean you were in, it could have been a puncture from a fish or other sea dwelling animal!.
I would also soak your foot in warm water 1-2 times a day to bring down some of the pain and assist with healing!.
Change the dressing daily!. If it becomes more painful, red, or swollen then it is time to see the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well it depends how deep it is, if its deep u might want to see a doctor, i remember when my bro cut his foot on glass, but anyways if i doesn't get better in a couple of days go to the doctors but for now keep it raped with antibiotic ointment

No, you don't need to see a doctor!. Keep it clean and apply Neosporin for several days!. I would wear open shoes if possible!. Bandage when you are up and around, otherwise let the air get to it!. It will heal within a few days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
