A question about Metoclopramide and paracetamol.....?!

Question: A question about Metoclopramide and paracetamol!.!.!.!.!.!?
My doctor prescribed this last thursday, I took it for the first time today when nausea hit out of nowhere (tho I thinking it was lactose intolerance related)!.!.!.and anyway, he also gave me pain killers for pain in my ribs, and for pain from diarrhea and nausea!. Thing is, the leaflet said you can't take the pain killers and the Metoclopramide at the same time!.!.!.!.yet my stomach is really sore!.

Would it be safe to take paracetamol for the pain!? I took the medication 4 hours ago, and was due to take paracetamol 3 hours ago!.

Thanks for the help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
panadol and metoclopramide are fine together, but metoclopramide can make your diarrhoea worse, maybe your doctor can change your anti-sickness med!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
