I just hate getting shots!.
I'm going for a check up and a vaccination!.
I'm getting 1 or 2, maybe3!. ( not likely 3)
After school at 3:00

Im sooo scared, I even start to cry ALOT!!!

I have a phobia of needles just dont look at the needles and you will be fine!. You should try and look at a painting while they are doing it and take your mind off it like what was the artist feeling when he or she painted the picture!. You will be fine your doctor is a professional who has done shots a hundred times!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
ive been sick for a long time so i get shots n ivs n stuff all the time!. i dont get scared anymre but i used to be really afraid of shots!. thinking about it will psyc you out! remember it dosent hurt! while you are getting the shot look the other way n put your nails into your arm to take your mind off the shot and you wont even feel it!. next time you have to get a shot if you know any nurses or doctors get numbing creme, i forgot what its called but jsut tell them numbing creme n they will know what you are talking about!.

you have to think about why you are scared of needles, they are not going to stick it in you to try to hurt you or anything just think about it like this their job they don't mess up and everyone before you is fine and that its good for your health thats how i got over my fear like you said it doesn't hurt it just the thought of the needle entering your body but the thing is that the needle is designed to do that so its not some strange object its made for that reasonWww@Answer-Health@Com
Bring something to do while you are having the vaccines - a book, a video game, your iPod, whatever!. Ask the nurse or medical assistant to sing a stupid song with you!. Let them know you are very nervous and you need something to take your mind off what they're doing - they should be happy to comply!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You're not alone! Most people are scared of shots!. I get nervous every flu season!. Don't worry, you know it's not going to be that bad so you'll be fine!. Just think, by tomorrow this time, it'll all be over!. It takes a second and you are done!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
try not to look at it and if you have like an iPod or radio w/ headphones listen to it and dont pay attention to the shot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
