I was in pain before but now it is terrible, i stopped going cuz the Dr!. was so rough on me, now I have a different doctor but it hurts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Having a professional Massage with Chiropractic adjustments helps so much!. It hurts a lot to get an adjustment because your muscles are still really tight because they weren't held in the right position for the time your bone wasn't in the right location, even though your bone is put back where it should be the muscle needs help to relax or else your muscle itself will pull the bone back out of place because it is so tight!. The initial treatments are commonly the most prone to making you sore!.!.!.but so will exercise if you haven't done it in a while!.
Also, don't be surprised if the pain "moves" around as you get used to the adjustments!.
