Question: My mum had a cold all last week and now she's woke up with an ear ache!. What could it be!?
She's been to the doctor's and they say her ear is full of wax but it shouldn't be hurting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be a sinus infection!. Many of them start as colds!. Also, you should NEVER put olive oil in your ear, the oily liquid could ruin your eardrum!. Try having her clean out her ear gently with a Q-tip, and see if that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
sounds like a scinus infection i get them all the time! my face swells tho make sure she sleep with her head propted up , drink lots of water have her clean out her ears get lots of sleep eat and drink alot of vitamin c and have her blow her nose alot if its stuffy or runny and have her take sudifed tynol for scinus pressure to releive the aching because every thing like the mucus is drainingWww@Answer-Health@Com
