A solution to hip pain?!

Question: A solution to hip pain!?
For a good while now I've had loose ligaments in my left hip, I'm slowly on the mend but some movements send a searing pain shooting down my leg!.

I've been taking 750mg Rose Hip capsules for several months and they are helping but does anyone know:-

1) Any other suppliments I could take that would benefit!.
2) Anything to include in my diet that would help!.
3) Anything to exclude from my diet that could be making the situation worse!.

Many thanks in advance!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say MSM by mouth it is a sulfur that your joint is lacking, and by rubbing it on your knee with blue stop or bio freeze !. If you are over weight you need to start going to the ymca and exercising in the heated pool!. Anoth thing is to go into a whirlpool it works wonders!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thanks for looking to the naturals!.
Look up Proliferation Therapy!. Your ligaments may have been stretched as a result of an injury and have not come back to normal!. This allows the bones to rub against each other causing pain!.
Pro-Lo Therapy involves injecting the joint with a sugar (D-25) and the body responds to the foreign material by contracting the ligaments and re-coating the joint!. Sort of a repaving job!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The people at the health food store would be able to give you the best information on something like this!. They know what their products do and how they react to the body!. I do know that there are "natural" pills you can take for inflamation which you may need for the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there is no way,you can repair loose ligaments, about from surgery!. AM very sorry to sayWww@Answer-Health@Com
