Question: Not able to breathe through my nose!!?
Ok, i've never been able to properly breathe through my nose, i mean i can physically do it but i feel like i'm suffocating!.
I had alot of appointments in the past at the ENT dept in the hospital when i was betwenn 3-8!. I don't know what they were for though, i just remember getting test done!.
I also got my tonsils out when i was 4!.

Its not clear from your question what exactly happens when u do breathe thru ur nose!. In any case let me give u a short list of why u may be having this problem!. 1) blockade: u may have a nasal polyp or some other normal structure may be bigger than normal inside ur nose!. 2) since u have a childhood history it is possible that ur muscles for breathing thru nose are not well developed 3) u had tonsilitis as a child so it is a habit of breathing thru mouth!. Ur reflexes at a subconscious level are tuned to breathing thru the mouth, and mouth breathing provides more air rapidly than does nose but nose conditions the air that goes in, which is very important it also removes microbes & other particulate matter which the mouth does not which may lead to lung infection!. Also, mouth breathing can lead to problems with ur teeth and ur gums, even with ur jaw shape if u are in growing age!. So u better get some help soon!. When I was about 10 I had problems breathing through my nose, and had to breathe through my mouth!. I had large adenoids, which casued the problem and I had them removed!.
I am not saying you have this problem!.
Here's a personal anecdote, which is quite funny :D: Before having my adenoids removed the surgeon mentioned thinking about something before anesthetic, so I will dream of it!. Me being 10 I thought about being a pokemon trainer!.!.!. and I thought i would dream about pokemon!.!.!. XD
Anyway, recently my nose has been stuffy all the time, and it keeps getting blocked a lot, I tried using that 'Vicks Vapor Rub' but it wasn't working!. I went to the doctors today, and said it could be Catarrh, which produces an increase in the amount of mucus produced in the linings *sounds great XD*!. The lining of the nose becomes swelled up, and the nose becomes easily blocked!. I have also had a persistent cough aswell, although this could be because of my asthma!. The doctor gave me this spray for my nose which should treat the problem!.
It could be a number of things, these are just some of the 'nose problems' I have had!.

EFCORLIN NASAL DROPS , 3 drops in each nostril 4 0r more times a day!.
one tab!. ofloxacin 200mg twelve hourly for 8 days

one tab!. cetirizine twelve hourly for 8 days

one tab!. ibuprofen 200 mg ( ibuprofen should be taken only if you do not have hyper acidity or epigastric pain !. because ibuprofen is harmful in the presence of these stomach problems ) twelve hourly for 8 daysWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you find it hard to do so, then it could be blocked if you have a cold or something!. If blowing your nose doesn't help (don't overdo it!) you should just see a regular doctor!.
