After I Get Done Exercising...?!
Question: After I Get Done Exercising!.!.!.!?
I have a really bad pounding in my head that sometimes just goes away, but occasionally turns into a head ache!. Does anyone know what might be causing this and/or how may I fix it!?
My exercise consists of:
Stretching
30 mins of jogging
150-200 crunches
100 Arnolds
Belly dancing
Strecthing again (after I'm done)

Answers:
I have two guesses: 1) you're elevating your blood pressure, or 2) when you're doing your crunches, you're pulling more with your neck than with your abs!. Solutions!? Monitor your pulse and make sure you're not over-elevating!. Try "reverse" crunches in which you start in a sitting position with your knees bent, lay back with your arms crossed against your chest - just go back a few inches - THEN do your crunches - making sure you can feel only your abs working to pull you up!. I actually think these work better than the other kind - I can really feel my abs working when I do them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
