Question: Sternum pain please helppp!?
I have a sharp pain jus on the right of my sternum and really hurts when i lean on it or touch it!. Does this sound familiar to anyone or any advice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I looked up Sternum for you and this is what it had to say under chest pain : pain in the chest may arise from the pleura, lungs, chest wall, or internal structures that aren't part of the respiratory system, especially the heart!. pleuritic pain, a sharp pain arising from an irritation in the lining of the lungs, is made worse by deep breathing and coughing!. pain can be reduced by keeping the chest wall still, like holding the side that hurts and breathing shallow!. wow it goes on and on!. have you had a cold or the flu lately!? call you dr!. and see if he/she thinks you need an x ray!. esp!. if what i wrote above sounds like what you are having!. i hope this helps!. if not, sorry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
