Nose job recovery?!
Question: Nose job recovery!?
I am having a nose job but I do heal very quickly, could I go back to work after two weeks!? My body snaps back after pregnancy and I am fit and active, (but dreading it) Thanks x oh its an open procedure if that helps!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A relative had a nose job last week, within hours they were fine! The splint is a nuisance but pain has been minimal!. Carrying on with life as normal just avoiding contact sports etc and hair washing is a challenge but not impossible!. Worst thing has been some very rude people staring and commenting when we've been out!. Good luck xWww@Answer-Health@Com

(ANS) I used to work in a large teaching hospital here in Leeds ( a rather well known one that's been on the TV) and we sometimes used to have the occasional patient to care for post operatively after Rhinoplasty surgery!.
**Sometimes it can take longer to heal than expected but obviously everyone is different!.
**The worst thing you should be aware of is frankly the smell!? I was told that a common symptom post surgery was a rather unplesant smell in the nose that does eventually go away by itself as the nose heals up!.
**realistically I think you should expect healing to take 3-4 weeks (not less)!.
