Answers:
While normally the THC test would indicate the use of a cannabinoid, here are a list of the substances known to cause false positives on THC tests:
Dronabinol (Marinol)
Ibuprofen; (Advil, Nuprin, Motrin, Excedrin IB etc)
Ketoprofen (Orudis KT)
Kidney infection (Kidney disease, diabetes) Liver Disease
Naproxen (Aleve)
Promethazine (Phenergan, Promethegan)
Riboflavin (B2, Hempseed Oil)
If he was using one of these, it is slightly possible that he would get a false positive on a screen!.
If they did a confirming CGMS it would likely confirm whether or not he had used cannabis!.
He might be able to ask for a retest if he avaoids the use of these substances prior to the test!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If THC showed up in his test, he's been stepping out somewhere to smoke!. Some people will say that being in contact with Marijuana smoke can cause THC to show up in urine, blood, or hair analysis--but that's been debunked!. The only way for a test to show THC is if he's been actually smoking!.
