Back problem - help!?!


Question: Back problem - help!!?
Hey,

I'm 17 years old and I never thought I'd be having back problems at my age, but I've always had a bad posture from being on the computer for long amounts of time!.

Throughout the past weeks I've had sharp pains in my lower back and sometimes it felt a bit itchy!. But today I woke up and now my back feels weird!. Like I have to keep stretching sideways and it clicks, but then it doesn't go away!. Does back problems affect breathing as well!?

Should I go to a doctor!? I have a cleaning job which involves picking up heavy buckets of water and it's driving me crazy!

I had a back problem this week and im only 16 so i wasnt expecting it either!. Mine got so bad i could barely move so we called 999 and they sent over a paramedic who found out that i had tore a muscle in my back and so i had to take painkillers and lightly exercise it!. Maybe you should try calling 999!. It definately worked for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i had the exact same thing from sitting on the computer!.!.!.!.im 16, and i had it about 4 weeks ago!.!.!.!.it went away after at most 1 week and a half!.!.!.im fine noe, though my back would click sometimes but doesnt hurt!. i suggest leaving it,!.!.!.!.then if it doesnt go away in around a weeek see a doctor!.
P!.S u might not be over there worse!.!.!.there was one day where i couldnt even get out of bed it was that bad!.!.!.

it happened to me one month ago as i sat too long in front of computer and not enough drink water!. As far i know the back problem doesnt affect your breathing!. the best things is drink a lot of water and you have to sleep on the flat surface!. dont sleep with pillow for at least one week or till getting better!.
On day two i went to the pharmacy and tell them about my problem and they gave me table!. its miracle i only took 2 tablets and the pain gone!.
If you have this problem , you should have alert if you plan for travelling with airplane as usually it will be back again!. dont sit too long and dont forget to drink and have little walk!. get well soonWww@Answer-Health@Com
