Answers:
First, if you have gone for the first time and then went back the very next day, the salon rep should never have let you back so soon!. When a person tans for the first time you usually want to wait 2-3 days before going again!. Always make sure you are using a tanning lotion with an SPF factor and one labeled for indoor tanning use!. Blotches like that can be normal if you used a lotion with sunscreen and tanned in a high wattage bed!. You need to start slowly to gradually build up the base tan and start in a bed fit for a person that has never been to a salon before!. The blotches happen from the exposure to the heat lamps!. They are usually a very high wattage and this kind of shocks your skin!. It happens more often when you don't use a sunscreen!. But if you expose yourself like that too often, there are great risks of skin cancer, so you should use caution and common sense when tanning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i get those too!. Only mine are like a pinkish color cause i'm naturally very pale!. I think it may just be like a heat thing!? like a heat rash maybe!. i'm not sure!. i also get tiny red bumps on my legs sometimes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It does sound weird but I think it sounds pretty normal!. You could always ask the person who works at the tanning place!. They are usually trained to know these types of things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't get those after I tan!. It must have something to do with the heat and your skin type!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
