Is this normal? 10 points best answer..?!

Question: Is this normal!? 10 points best answer!.!.!?
I got a few bad cuts on Friday!.

I've been trying to look after them the best i can becasue i really don't want any type of infection!.
They are on my leg and i'm finding it difficult to walk so am limping everywhere and even this hurts a lot!.

They have now formed a scab but i was just in the shower and it looks black!. I'm wearing black trousers with a black inside and am wondering if it's likely to just be from this or the wound has actually gone black for some reason!?

If it is material from my trousers turning it black is there anything i should do!? Should i take the scab of and cover the wound!?
If it has just turned back for some other reason is this sign of infection!?

ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Do not remove your scabs and don't touch them!. Let them heal!. What you have to worry about is infection!. Is there redness around the area!? is it spreading or tracking upward or downward!. Mark it with a pen and follow it!. Do you have fevers!? You'll need to see a MD for possible infection!. There are a lot of nasty bugs now (MRSA - Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcous Aureus) which can prove to be difficult to treat!. So go to your MD at least, and have him or her look at your wounds!. For now, cover them up with an antibacterial ointment like Bacitracin or Neosporin, You can buy the generics over the counter, they're cheap!. Don't touch them and don't wear anything that may irritate them like tight fitting clothing!. Good Luck, I hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It all depends what type of cuts and from what you got cuts from! If you were cut by a rusty item then you should get a Tetanus shot , I cannot see the cuts, therefore if you feel that the could be infected go to your Doctor and show them to him!.her!. If your skin was in contact with dark fabric ,perhaps that the dye penetrated the skin , disinfect the cuts with alcohol and cover them with a gauze!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

whatever you do DO NOT take off the scab!. it will only result in a scar!. But you may want to take a little off to see if it is puss!. That little bit souldnt make a scar!. If there is no puss it just might be from your pants or it is just healing differantly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lint from the material can be causing the scab to turn black!. Which is drying in the healing wound!. Make sure you clean the wound with peroxide and keep it well bandaged!. It can also be dried blood!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

NEVER REMOVE THE SCAB!.

why do you think the body put one there in the first placce!.

no youre fine!. just to be ultra sure!. get some anti-septic wipes and clean the scabs with itWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think its likely just the pants!. I would cover ur scabz with "personelle" so the scab will basically healWww@Answer-Health@Com
