Answers:
It is not serious if he can move!.
If the actual spine is bruised, he would not be able to move!. The higher up the spine the bruise is located, the more serious it is!. If it is really high up the spine, breathing might be compromised!. He would DEFINATELY feel this and he would be in intensive care by now, to help him sort his breathing out!.

An accident involving the spine might get worse over the next few days!. This is because initial injury might set off swelling in the spinal canal , which presses onto the spinal cord a few hours to days later, causing 'neurological involvement', meaning being unable to move arms or legs, or having difficulty breathing!. The spinal canal is not large in diameter and any swelling in it, presses onto the spinal cord, which is the steering centre of the body!.

Anyway!. If he does not want to tell you if it is 'anything serious' and he is your EX, why do you bother or worry I might ask!?
If he is the father of your children, you have a chance to talk to his physicians because your children need to know what is going on with their dad!. Something tells me you do not have children together and you are just being plain curious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
