if you wanna swin I say SWIM!.!.!.
the pool should not create a bacteria, in fact just the opposite!. who told you that was what it was caused by!?
the doc!?
If you are in a pool alot, you won't get a scab! And you need a scab to heal the wound properly, (thats why the body makes scabs)
I would say let it heal a bit!.
Chlorine is has Dis-Infectant Properties, not bacteria properties!. and even swimming with children should not cause an infection!. !?!?!?

First test the water proof band aid in chlorine free water!.!. Try a bathtub, simulate you swim practice with your hand in water and move more rapidly that you would, if no water enters the band aid then you should be fine!. I hope thats helpful!. Take care, infections are no messing matter, and if you feel that your taking to much of a risk then don't go to practice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Chlorine wouldn't infect it! Chlorine is in the pool as it kills bacteria!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to a doctor and take his/her advice !!! Personally I wouldnt want to be swimming around in your pus so I would wait till it heals xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com
